Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings require full payment in advance to secure booking, this is to streamline the booking process and reduce unnecessary exposure for clients and myself and will continue to stay in place going forward. Any clients needing to book via cash payment please email to request bookings@dgpodiatrist.com.
Bring updated medical records & medication list and ensure nail polish has been removed.
24 hours notice required or a cancellation fee will be administered for the full treatment. Patients will be reminded of their appointments prior to the time via confirmation email upon booking only.
Patients late by more than 10 minutes will not be seen but a treatment charge will apply. Failure to pay fees will forfeit in any future appointments till payment has been made. Appointments are allocated specifically to ensure proper time for treatment and allow enough time in between clients to clean and prepare. Thank you for your understanding.
Any changes in dates and time made by the podiatrist will not affect your payments, you will be allocated the next closest available date and time.

Enter the building
On entrance, simply press the buzzer on the left with the name TRIKWAN and you will be let in. Come upstairs to reception on the 1st floor.
