Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered as a missed appointment and charged the full fee. This policy helps ensure clinic time is not wasted and appointments can be offered to others.
We allocate appointment times carefully to provide sufficient time for treatment and to maintain proper sanitation between clients. We appreciate your cooperation. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled by the podiatrist, you will be offered the next available date and time.
How to get there
Enter the building
Just off the corner of Breach Road and Kingsmead Road to the right. By the entrance, you will see a brick wall with the building Number 35b in black wire. On arrival, simply greet the receptionist behind the desk. She will notify the Podiatrist of your arrival. You will be collected shortly after from reception to the clinic room.
